    Comment In the context of the European Pillar of Social Rights, presented on 26 April 2017, the term used is carers' leave [ IATE:1746071 ].The term 'filial leave' was used earlier, during the preparatory and consultation phase. 'Filial' refers to the relationship between son/daughter and parents.
