    Comment Il existe deux types de renvoi préjudiciel: le renvoi en interprétation de la norme européenne, le renvoi en validité de la norme européenneLa demande de décision préjudicielle (IATE:842815 ) désigne la demande concrète faite par une juridiction nationale à la Cour. Cette demande doit satisfaire à un certain nombre de conditions de forme énoncées à l'article 94 du règlement de procédure de la Cour. Le renvoi préjudiciel désigne la procédure en général.
