- Comment "Seit dem 01.01.1992 sieht das deutsche Recht nur noch ein Rechtsinstitut zur rechtlichen Fürsorge für schutzbedürftige Volljährige vor: die Betreuung nach §§ 1896 ff. BGB. Bei der Betreuung wird dem Betreuten so weit wie möglich seine Autonomie erhalten; er wird insbesondere durch die Anordnung der Betreuung nicht entmündigt. / Depuis le 01.01.1992 le droit allemand ne prévoit qu'un seul régime pour la protection des majeurs: la ""Betreuung (Curatelle"") selon les §§ 1896 et ss. du Code civil allemand. Le majeur mis sous ce régime de protection garde, dans la mesure du possible, son autonomie, et il ne perd pas sa capacité juridique du fait de la mise sous ledit régime."
