    A vehicle which is parked on a street on which there is a parking restriction of one hour or more indicated by means of a traffic sign shall not, after the vehicle leaves the place in the street where it had been parked, be parked again within one hour of leaving on that street or, where the parking restriction relates to part of the street only, on that part.
