    Comment Nicht zu verwechseln mit den "Ausreiseeinrichtungen", in denen die Ausländer bezüglich ihrer freiwilligen Ausreise ( IATE:3583848 ) beraten und betreut werden sowie die Durchführung der Ausreise gesichert werden soll (vgl. § 61 Aufenthaltsgesetz, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/aufenthg_2004/__61.html ). Die "Abschiebungshafteinrichtungen" hingegen dienen dazu, Ausländer entweder in "Vorbereitungshaft" , wenn ihre Ausweisung ( CuriaTerm:7189 ) nicht unverzüglich durchgeführt werden kann und dadurch erheblich erschwert würde, oder in "Sicherungshaft" zu nehmen, wenn anzunehmen ist, dass der Ausländer sich anderenfalls der Abschiebung ( IATE:3583845 ) entziehen würde.

    Comment According to Section 147 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1989, 'short-term holding facility' means a place used solely for the detention of detained persons for a period of not more than seven days or for such other period as may be prescribed by Section 66 of Nationality, Asylum and Immigration Act 2002, amending Section 147: "'removal centre' means a place which is used solely for the detention of detained persons but which is not a short-term holding facility, a prison or part of a prison".
