    Comment "1. According to WIPO, 'copyright piracy' is a special type of copyright infringement consisting of the reproduction of a copyrighted work without the consent of the right holder.2. Strictly speaking, piracy is an infringement of a copyright, a related right or, according to applicable legislation, a design right, whereas counterfeiting is an infringement of a right conferred by a trademark or patent (industrial property).However, the term is sometimes used in a generic sense to include counterfeiting. The expression 'copyright piracy' is to be understood in the strict sense, excluding counterfeiting.3.
