- Definition Der Ausschuss für sozioökonomische Analyse ist ein Agenturausschuss, der die Stellungnahmen der Agentur zu Zulassungsanträgen, Vorschlägen zu Beschränkungen und allen anderen Fragen ausarbeitet, die sich aus der Anwendung dieser Verordnung in Bezug auf die sozioökonomischen Auswirkungen möglicher Rechtsvorschriften für Stoffe ergeben. Der Verwaltungsrat ernennt mindestens eine und höchstens zwei der von den Mitgliedstaaten benannten Personen zu Mitgliedern des Ausschusses für sozioökonomische Analyse; ihre Amtszeit beträgt drei Jahre, und eine Wiederernennung ist möglich. Die Mitglieder des Ausschusses können sich von Beratern für wissenschaftliche, technische oder Regulierungsfragen begleiten lassen. Reference REACH-Glossar 2007-2008 der ECHA

- Definition European Chemicals Agency committee responsible for preparing the opinion of the Agency on applications for authorisation, proposals for restrictions, and any other questions that may arise from the implementation of the REACH Regulation relating to the socioeconomic impact of possible legislative action on substances. The SEAC consists of at least one, but no more than two, members from the nominees of each Member State appointed by the Management Board for a renewable term of three years. - Definition Le comité d'analyse socio-économique (CASE) est un comité de l'Agence chargé de préparer l'avis de l'Agence sur des demandes d'autorisation, des propositions de restriction et toute autre question suscitée par l'application de ce règlement liée à l'impact socio-économique des mesures législatives potentielles sur les substances. Le comité ASE est constitué d'un membre au minimum et de deux membres au maximum parmi les personnes de chaque État membre nommées par le Conseil de gestion pour une durée renouvelable de trois ans.
