Intelsat Ltd is now a private company supervised by ITSO, and so is no longer entitled to the privileges and immunities enjoyed by an international organisation. The question of ITSO's privileges and immunities is dealt with in the new Article XIII of the ITSO Agreement. The title of the Protocol has not been changed.
