    Comment Um komplexe Proteingemische mit hoher Auflösung und guter Reproduzierbarkeit auftrennen zu können, werden denaturierende Bedingungen angewandt. Das bedeutet, dass die Probe mit 8 mol/L Harnstoff, einem Reduktionsmittel, einem zwitterionischen Detergenz und einem Trägerampholytengemisch versetzt oder extrahiert wird.Genügend hohe Auflösung für komplexe Proteingemische erhält man nur in Gelen mit großen Trenndistanzen, z.
