(2) Féadfaidh an tAire faisnéis a thabhairt don chuideachta i dtaobh idirbhearta i dteilifíseáin a bheidh tugtha dó ag déileálaithe teilifíse faoin Acht Raidio-Theileagrafaíochta, 1972 .
(2) The Minister may supply to the company information concerning transactions in television sets supplied to him by television dealers under the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 .

DE BHRÍ go bhfeictear don Aire Poist agus Telegrafa é a bheith fóirsteanach, d'fhonn baol trasnaíochta ar raidió-theileagrafaíocht a chosc nó a laghdú, go mbeadh feidhm ag alt 7 den Acht Raidió-Theileagrafaíochta, 1972 (Uimh. 5 de 1972) maidir leis an aicme nó leis an gcineál gairis le haghaidh raidió-theileagrafaíochta a shonraítear san Ordú seo a leanas:
WHEREAS it appears to the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs to be expedient that the provisions of section 7 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 ( No. 5 of 1972 ), should, for the purpose of preventing or reducing the risk of interference with wireless telegraphy, apply to the class or description of apparatus for wireless telegraphy specified in the following Order,

Déantar leis seo gaireas le haghaidh raidió-theileagrafaíochta den aicme nó den chineál seo a leanas eadhon, gaireas le haghaidh raidió-theileagrafaíochta arb éard atá ann trasghlacadóir raidió a fhéadfaidh teachtaireachtaí fuaime a tharchur agus a ghlacadh ar an mhinicíocht idir 26.96 agus 27.41 MHz agus a dearadh chun leithead-mhodhnú a úsáid nó ar féidir dó leithead-mhodhnú a úsáid, a shonrú chun críocha alt 7 den Acht Raidió-Theileagrafaíochta, 1972.
Apparatus for wireless telegraphy of the following class or description, namely, wireless telegraphy apparatus consisting of a radio transceiver capable of transmitting and receiving voice communications on any frequency between 26.96 and 27.41 MHz, and designed to use, or capable of using, amplitude modulation, is hereby specified for the purposes of section 7 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 .

(3) Féadfaidh an tAire le hordú a chumhachtú don chuideachta na feidhmeanna a thugtar dó leis an Acht Raidio-Theileagrafaíochta, 1972 , a fheidhmiú thar a cheann, fad a bhaineann an tAcht sin le clárú déileálaithe teilifíse agus le déileálaithe do thabhairt faisnéise dó.
(3) The Minister may by order empower the company to exercise on his behalf the functions conferred on him by the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 , in so far as that Act relates to the registration of television dealers and the supply of information to him by dealers.
