Subtopic AGA 2.2 — Manoeuvring area
ciallaíonn "limistéar inlíochta" na codanna d'Aerfort a úsáideann aerárthaí, seachas cuid atá ar léas ón Aire;
"manoeuvring area" means the parts of an Airport used by aircraft other than a part leased from the Minister;

(12) failure by the person in charge of a vehicle, an aircraft or passengers on the manoeuvring area to act in accordance with instructions issued by or on behalf of the Minister;

(30) permitting oil or other liquid to leak, drain or spill from an aircraft parked on any part of the manoeuvring area;
(51) sil-leagan ola nó bealaidh nó aon sil-leagan eile a d'fheadfadh a bheith ina chúis díobhála nó damáiste, a fhágáil ar an iimistéar inlíochta nó ar aon bhóthar nó cosán;
(51) leaving a deposit of oil or grease, or any other deposit liable to cause injury or damage, on the manoeuvring area or on any road or path;
Ní mór do líontáin sábhála aerfoirt sonraí faireachais maidir le córas rialaithe (“A-SMGCS”) & treoraíocht gluaiseachtaí dromchla ardfhorbartha agus imréitigh rialtóra aerthráchta a bhaineann leis an limistéar ainlithe a chomhtháthú.
Airport safety nets must integrate advanced surface movement guidance & control system (‘A-SMGCS’) surveillance data and air traffic controller clearances related to the manoeuvring area.
(2) Áireofar an méid seo a leanas ar a laghad leis an bhfaisnéis a bheidh faoi réir an phróisis um fhógra agus chomhordú réamhimeachta ó aonad rialaithe limistéir ainlithe críochfoirt (TMA) nó ó ACC:
(2) The information subject to the pre-departure notification and coordination process from a terminal manoeuvring area (TMA) control unit or an ACC shall contain the following:
(13) feithicil nó trealamh a bhfuil rothaí air a oibriú ar an limistéar inlíochta gan cibé marcanna nó soilse a ordóidh an tAire nó a ordófar thar a cheann nó gan ainm agus seoladh an úinéara orthu a thaispeáint i litreacha a bheidh sofheicthe go soiléir ar éadan seachtrach na feithicle nó an trealaimh;
(13) operating a vehicle or wheeled equipment on the manoeuvring area without such markings or lights as may be directed by or on behalf of the Minister or without showing in clearly visible letters on the exterior surface of the vehicle or equipment, the name and address of the owner thereof;
Forálfaidh seirbhísí rialaithe aerthráchta agus próisis ghaolmhara go mbeidh spás leormhaith idir aerárthaí agus, i limistéar ainlithe eitilte an aeradróim, coiscfidh siad imbhuailtí idir aerárthaí agus baic agus, más iomchuí, cabhróidh siad lena gcosaint ar ghuaiseacha aeriompartha eile agus áiritheoidh siad go ndéanfar comhordú pras agus luath i gcomhar leis na húsáideoirí ábhartha go léir agus leis na méideanna aerspáis cóngaracha go léir.
Air traffic control services and related processes shall provide for adequate separation between aircraft and, on the aerodrome manoeuvring area, prevent collisions between aircraft and obstructions and, where appropriate, assist in protection from other airborne hazards and shall ensure prompt and timely coordination with all relevant users and adjacent volumes of airspace.

In respect of point 2.1(a) of Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317, the Commission notes that Portugal has presented in the draft performance plan several measures for the achievement of the local environment targets which include the optimisation and extension of Madeira Terminal Manoeuvring Area (TMA), the implementation of a performance-based navigation (PBN) transition plan, new Standard Instrument Departures (SID) and Standard Instrument Arrivals (STAR) structures in Cascais, Lisbon TMA point merge system as well as several measures to increase cross-border collaboration with France, Spain and Morocco.

In respect of point 2.1(a) of Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317, the Commission notes that the Czech Republic has presented in the draft performance plan several measures for the achievement of the local environment targets which include new sectorisation for the Praha Flight Information Region, the suppression of routes in the Praha Terminal Manoeuvring Area (TMA) as well as increased cross-border collaboration.

In respect of point 2.1(a) of Annex IV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317, the Commission notes that Poland has presented in the draft performance plan several measures for the achievement of the local environment targets which include the reorganisation of sector configurations for the Warsaw Area Control Centre, implementation of advanced flexible use of airspace concepts as well as improvements in Warsaw Terminal Manoeuvring Area.

The Commission notes that Malta has presented, in the revised draft performance plan, measures for the achievement of the local environment targets which include the implementation of free route airspace above flight level 195, the design of a new terminal manoeuvring area, and new arrival and departure procedures.

The system was designed to prevent aircraft collisions on landing and in the manoeuvring area, expedite and maintain an orderly flow of air traffic, and provide advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights.
