- Nóta dieses Paket umfasst in der Regel Warenzeichen, Handelsnamen, Ladenschilder, Gebrauchsmuster, Geschmacksmuster, Urheberrechte, Know-how oder Patente. Ein Franchisingvertrag enthält für gewöhnlich Verpflichtungen in den folgenden Bereichen: 1. die Benutzung eines gemeinsamen Namens oder Zeichens sowie die einheitliche Aufmachung der Geschäftslokale und/oder Transportmittel, 2. die Mitteilung von Know-how vom Franchisegeber an den Franchisenehmer und 3. die fortlaufende kommerzielle und technische Unterstützung des Franchisenehmers durch den Franchisegeber während der Dauer des Vertrags
