Chun críche na bhforálacha sin roimhe seo ciallaíonn an abairt "Bunráta" an tAm-Ráta Tasc-Oibre a socraíodh don chineál oibrí atá i gceist, nó i gcás nár socraíodh aon Am-Ráta Tasc-Oibre den sórt sin, an tAm-Ráta Iosta Ginearálta a ceapadh don chineál sin oibrí.
For the purpose of the foregoing provisions the expression "Basis Rate" means the Piece-Work Basic Time-Rate fixed for the class of worker in question, or, where not such Piece-Work Basis Time-Rate has been fixed, the General Minimum Time-Rate which has been fixed for that class of worker.
