Comment Tissue distribution can be studied by organ dissection, homogenisation, combustion and liquid scintillation counting or by qualitative and/or quantitative whole body autoradiography. The former is useful to obtain concentration and percent of recovery from tissues and remaining carcass of the same animals, but may lack resolution for all tissues and may have less than ideal overall recovery (<90%).
