Déanfaidh an cosantóir, má dhíospóideann sé bailíocht na paitinne, sonraí i dtaobh na n-agóidí ar a mbeidh a sheasamh mar thaca leis an neamhbhailíocht sin a sheachadadh i dteannta a chosanta.

The defendant, if he disputes the validity of the patent, shall deliver with his defence particulars of the objections on which he relies in support of such invalidity.
