Más rud é go dtabharfaidh an Chúirt ordú faoi alt 38 (1) den Acht, déanfaidh an Cléireach Cuid 1 agus an roinn chuí de Chuid II d'fhoirm ordaithe mar a fhorordaítear sna Rialacháin a chomhlánú agus a shíniú agus cuirfidh sé nó sí an fhoirm sin leis an ngnáthphost réamhíoctha chuig an samplóir a bheidh ainmnithe san ordú.
Where the Court gives a direction under section 38 (1) of the Act, the Clerk shall complete and sign Part I and the appropriate section of Part II of a direction form as prescribed in the Regulations and shall send that form by prepaid ordinary post to the sampler named in the direction.
