I gcás ina ndéanfar iarratas ar dip caorach a cheadú faoi The Sheep Scab (Ireland) Order, 1905, nó faoin Ordú um Thumadh Caorach, 1965 (I.R. Uimh. 105 de 1965), nó faoin dá Ordú sin, nó faoin Acht um Ghalair Ainmhithe, 1966 (Uimh. 6 de 1966), íocfaidh an t-iarratasóir táille £2,000 leis an Aire Talmhaíochta i leith tástáil na dipe.
Where application is made for approval under the Sheep Scab (Ireland) Order, 1905, or the Sheep Dipping Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 105 of 1965 ), or under both those Orders, or under the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966) , of a sheep dip, a fee of £2,000 shall be paid by the applicant to the Minister for Agriculture in respect of the testing of the dip.
