    Comment Die Anmeldung von wettbewerbsbeschränkenden Vereinbarungen ist nicht nur zwingend vorgeschrieben, sondern Unternehmen, die sie ohne Genehmigung durchführen, laufen auch Gefahr, dass Zivilgerichte einen Verstoß gegen Artikel 81 Absatz 1 EG-Vertrag feststellen und den Vereinbarungen in Anwendung von Artikel 81 Absatz 2 die Geltung absprechen (Nichtigkeit). There is also the risk that the Commission or national cartel authorities adopt prohibition decisions (possibly with fines) on the basis of Article 81 EC Treaty. If undertakings wish to benefit from an exemption (see individual exemption IATE:1899616 ) or to obtain a negative clearance [IATE:1899563 ], they have to notify the agreement to the Commission under Regulation No 17 [IATE:1899664 ] on the basis of Form A/B [IATE:1899620 ].     Comment Die Eheschließenden haben bei der Anmeldung der Eheschließung durch durch öffentliche Urkunden ihren Personenstand, ihren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt, ihre Staatsangehörigkeit sowie ggf. das Bestehen einer vorherigen Ehe oder Lebenspartnerschaft und deren Auflösung nachzuweisen. Das Standesamt hat auf dieser Grundlage zu prüfen, ob der Eheschließung ein Hindernis entgegensteht. Reichen die vorgenannten Urkunden nicht aus, so haben die Eheschließenden weitere Urkunden oder sonstige Nachweise vorzulegen. (§§ 12, 13 Personenstandsgesetz). / Lorsque les futurs époux déclarent auprès du bureau de l'état civil leur intention de vouloir se marier, ils doivent démontrer par acte authentique leur état civil, leur résidence habituelle, leur nationalité et, le cas échéant, l'existence d'un mariage ou parténariat enrégistré antérieur et la dissolution de celui-ci. Le bureau d'état civil doit, à vue de ces documents, vérifier s'il n'y pas d'empêchement à mariage. Si les documents mentionnés ci-dessus ne sont pas suffisants pour démontrer les faits en cause, les futurs époux doivent produire de documents additionels ou d'autres preuves à cette fin ( §§12, 13 de la loi allemande sur l'état civil).
