    Comment La stratégie en faveur des droits des personnes handicapées 2021-2030 s’articule autour de trois grands thèmes: 1) Droits dans l'Union : les personnes handicapées ont le même droit que les autres citoyens de l’Union de s'installer dans un autre pays ou de participer à la vie politique. 2) L'autonomie: les personnes handicapées ont le droit de vivre de manière autonome et de choisir avec qui elles veulent vivre et dans quel lieu. 3) Non-discrimination et égalité des chances: la stratégie a pour objet de protéger les personnes handicapées contre toute forme de discrimination et de violence et d'assurer l'égalité des chances et l'accès à la justice, à l'éducation, à la culture, au sport et au tourisme.
