Sainmhíniú body comprising EESC members and representatives of civil society from the Republic of Korea, which was set up to monitor, express its opinions, make recommendations and advise on any issue related to the implementation and promotion of the trade and sustainable development chapter of the EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement Tagairt "EESC/COR based on the Rules of procedure of the EU Domestic Advisory Group created pursuant to Chapter 13 (Article 13.12) of the EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement (22.12.2020)"
Nóta The EU-Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) entered into force in July 2011 as the first FTA concluded by the EU which includes a trade and sustainable development chapter, i.e. the Parties’ commitments in the area of labour and environment-related matters being of importance for their trade relations. The Trade and Sustainable Development chapter of the EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) envisages that each Party shall establish a Domestic Advisory Group (DAG) on sustainable development (environment and labour) with the task of advising on the implementation of this chapter.

Nóta Se compose d'au moins 12 membres nommés par le CESE et la Commission pour un mandat de deux ans renouvelable, dont 3 membres du CESE et 9 représentants des organisations de la société civile européenne (règlement intérieur du GCI – CESE 5183/2012). Il s'agit bien d'un groupe consultatif interne à l'UE, la République de Corée ayant de son côté mis en place un organisme similaire.
