    Comment En particulier, le bureau de l'IA sera chargé de faire appliquer et de superviser les nouvelles règles que doivent respecter les modèles d'IA à usage général. Il s'agira notamment d'élaborer des codes de bonnes pratiques précisant les règles à suivre, de jouer un rôle dans la classification des modèles présentant des risques systémiques et de contrôler la mise en œuvre effective et le respect du règlement. Cette dernière tâche sera facilitée par le pouvoir d'exiger des documents, de réaliser des évaluations de modèles, d'enquêter en cas d'alerte et de demander aux fournisseurs de prendre des mesures correctives.
