    Comment Ces directives, adoptées en 2008, n'ont pas de caractère obligatoire. Elles proposent une orientation pour l'ensemble des mesures requises afin d'assurer une bonne gestion de la pêche de fond et couvrent les aspects suivants: - cadre réglementaire; - collecte, communication et évaluation de données; - recensement des écosystèmes marins vulnérables et évaluation des effets néfastes significatifs; - exécution et respect des mesures nécessaires à la conservation des espèces ciblées et non ciblées ainsi que des habitats.
