Context 'Foilseoidh na húdaráis inniúla an ráta malairte infheidhme agus/nó cuirfidh siad ar fáil ar an Idirlíon é, i gcás inar gá airgeadra a chomhshó ar cheann de na cúiseanna a leanas: (a) de bhrí go ndéantar tosca a mbainfear úsáid astu chun luach custaim na n-earraí a chur in iúl in airgeadra seachas airgeadra an Bhallstáit ina gcinntear an luach custaim; (b) de bhrí go bhfuil luach an euro in airgeadraí náisiúnta ag teastáil chun rangú taraife earraí agus méid na dleachta ar allmhairí agus ar onnmhairí, lena n-áirítear tairseacha luacha sa Chomhtharaif Custaim, a chinneadh.'
