Die Eltern können lediglich die Ausübung der elterlichen Sorge auf Dritte übertragen, wobei die Eltern trotz der Übertragung der Ausübungsbefugnis die Inhaber des Sorgerechts bleiben und die Übertragung jederzeit widerruflich ist.
