    Comment These substances usually consist of some combination of chlorine, fluorine, or bromine plus carbon e.g. chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochlorofluorocarbons. They are commonly found in aerosol products, foams, and fire extinguishers, are used as refrigerants, and are also found in air-conditioning and cooling equipment.
