Beidh feidhm ag forálacha an Chomhaontaithe Idirinstitiúidigh seo i gcomhréir leis an dlí is infheidhme agus gan dochar do Chinneadh 95/167/CE, Euratom, CEGC ó Pharlaimint na hEorpa, ón gComhairle agus ón gCoimisiún an 19 Aibreán 1995 maidir leis na forálacha mionsonraithe lena rialaítear feidhmiú cheart fiosrúcháin Pharlaimint na hEorpa [4] agus gan dochar do na comhaontuithe atá ann cheana féin, go háirithe Comhaontú Idirinstitiúideach an 6 Bealtaine 1999 idir Parlaimint na hEorpa, an Chomhairle agus an Coimisiún maidir le smacht buiséadach agus feabhsú ar an nós imeachta buiséadach [5].
The provisions of this Interinstitutional Agreement shall apply in accordance with applicable law and without prejudice to Decision 95/167/EC, Euratom, ECSC of the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission of 19 April 1995 on the detailed provisions governing the exercise of the European Parliament’s right of inquiry [4] and without prejudice to existing arrangements, especially the Interinstitutional Agreement of 6 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and improvement of the budgetary procedure [5].
