(3) When the Minister requires under this section a planning scheme submitted to him to be modified by a planning authority, it shall be the duty of such planning authority to modify such scheme accordingly and to re-submit such scheme as so modified to the Minister, and thereupon sub-section (2) of this section shall apply as if such scheme were then being submitted to the Minister for the first time.

(2) When an order approving of a planning scheme is revoked under this section, such planning scheme shall be deemed to have been submitted on the day of the date of such revocation order to the Minister for his approval by the planning authority by whom such scheme was made and in the form in which it was approved by the said order so revoked, and thereupon this Part of this Act shall apply in respect of such scheme as if such submission were the first occasion on which such scheme was submitted to the Minister under this Part of this Act.

13.—Every contract of service express or implied which is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act between the board and any person not being an officer of the board shall continue in force after such commencement, but shall be construed and have effect as if the council were substituted therein for the board, and every such contract shall be enforceable by or against the council accordingly.

( a ) no other estate duty shall be payable on the said property by the purchaser or mortgagee when the said interest falls into possession than would have been payable by him if the rates of estate duty having effect in the case of a person dying on the date of the said sale or mortgage were the rates estate duty having effect in the case of a person dying when the said interest falls into possession;

( b ) where the only or the last surviving petitioner dies at any time before the final order of the court on the trial of the petition, the High Court shall, on application of the Attorney-General, transfer the carriage of the petition to the Attorney-General, and thereupon all subsequent proceedings on the petition shall be conducted as if the petition were a petition presented by the Attorney-General;

( c ) if the petitioner fails to proceed with reasonable speed with the proceedings on the petition, the High Court may, on the application of the Attorney-General, either forthwith make a final order confirming without alteration the provisional referendum certificate which was the subject of the petition or transfer the carriage of the petition to the Attorney-General and authorise him to proceed on the petition as if it had been presented by him;

(3) The particulars stated in the fourth column of the Third Schedule to this Act are inserted in the said Third Schedule solely to facilitate the identification of the duties respectively affected by the several amendments mentioned in the said Third Schedule, and accordingly nothing contained in the said fourth column shall affect the construction of this section or the said Third Schedule or operate to extend, limit, or control the extent or effect of any amendments mentioned in the said Third Schedule.

(2) The particulars stated in the fourth column of the Fourth Schedule to this Act are inserted in the said Fourth Schedule solely to facilitate the identification of the several duties mentioned in the third column of the said Fourth Schedule, and accordingly nothing contained in the said fourth column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second and third columns of the said Fourth Schedule.

(2) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Order mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of the said Order, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of the said Schedule.
(2) Na sonraí a luaitear sa chéad cholún agus sa tríú colún, faoi seach, den Sceideal a ghabhas leis an Acht seo maidir leis na hOrduithe a luaitear sa dara colún den Sceideal sin, is chuige amháin a cuireadh isteach sa Sceideal sin iad chun go mb' usaide tagairt do na hOrduithe sin agus iad d'aithint, agus, dá réir sin, ní dhéanfaidh aon ní sa chéad cholún sin ná sa tríú colún sin difir d'fhorléiriú, ná tórainniú ná rialú ar oibriú, an ailt seo agus an dara colúin den Sceideal sin.
(2) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of the said Schedule are inserted in the said Schedule solely to facilitate reference to and identification of the said Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of the said Schedule.

(2) The particulars stated in the first and third columns, respectively, of the Schedule to this Act in relation to the Orders mentioned in the second column of that Schedule are inserted solely to facilitate reference to and identification of those Orders, and, accordingly, nothing contained in the said first column or the said third column shall affect the construction or limit or control the operation of this section and the second column of that Schedule.
