(a) le cumainn chláraithe nó le haicme shonraithe nó le haicmí sonraithe cumann cláraithe do thabhairt iasachtaí do chomhaltaí as ciste iasachta ar leithligh, agus
( a ) the making of loans out of a separate loan fund by registered societies or a specified class or specified classes of registered society to members, and
(2) Féadfaidh an tAire, le rialacháin, a cheangal go mbeidh ar gach cumann d'aicme shonraithe nó d'aicmí sonraithe cumann cláraithe a oibríonn ciste iasachta faoi alt 46 den Phríomh-Acht, coiste maoirseachta a bheith aige díreach tar éis an chéad chruinnithe ghinearálta bhliantúil den chumann a thionólfar ar dháta sonraithe nó dá éis.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, require that each society of a specified class or specified classes of registered society operating a loan fund under section 46 of the Principal Act shall, immediately after the first annual general meeting of the society to be held on or after a specified date, have a supervisory committee.
