    —(1) Nuair a ghnóthófar breithiúnas in aghaidh cuideachta agus go ndéanfar ina dhiaidh sin den bhreithiúnas sin morgáiste breithiúnais a bhainfidh le haon mhaoin de chuid na cuideachta, cuirfidh an creidiúnaí breithiúnais faoi deara go ndéanfar 2 chóip (agus iad deimhnithe mar chóipeanna cearta ag Clárlann na Talmhan nó ag Clárlann na nGníomhas, cibé acu é) den mhionnscríbhinn is gá chun go gclárófar an breithiúnas mar mhorgáiste a sheachadadh don chuideachta laistigh de 21 lá tar éis dáta an chláraithe sin, agus déanfaidh an chuideachta, laistigh de 3 lá tar éis na cóipeanna sin a fháil, ceann de na cóipeanna sin a sheachadadh do chláraitheoir na gcuideachtaí lena clárú mar a cheanglaítear leis an Acht seo.

    —(1) When judgment is recovered against a company and such judgment is subsequently converted into a judgment mortgage affecting any property of the company, the judgment creditor shall cause 2 copies (certified by the Land Registry or the Registry of Deeds, as the case may be, to be correct copies) of the affidavit required for the purpose of registering the judgment as a mortgage to be delivered to the company within 21 days after the date of such registration, and the company shall within 3 days of receipt of such copies deliver one of such copies to the registrar of companies for registration in manner required by this Act.

    —(1) Whenever a person (in this section referred to as a judgement creditor) obtains in any court in the State a judgement, order or decree against the holder of a licence (in this section referred to as a judgement debtor) for the payment of a sum of money due to the judgement creditor by the judgement debtor in his capacity as a banker—

    —(1) Whenever a person (in this section referred to as a judgment creditor) obtains in any court in the State a judgment order or decree against a society for the payment of a sum of money due to the judgment creditor by the society, the registrar or clerk of the court concerned shall notify the Registrar as soon as may be of the judgment, order or decree and of its terms and of any appeal against the judgment, order or decree and of the result thereof.

    —(1) Creidiúnaí breithiúnais a chláraíonn mionnscríbhinn dá bhreithiúnas de réir ailt 6 agus 7 den Judgment Mortgage (Ireland) Act, 1850, ní bheidh sé, de bhíthin an chláraithe sin, i dteideal aon tosaíochta ar chreidiúnaithe conartha shimplí i gcás an duine ar ina choinne a chláraítear an mhionnscríbhinn sin a bhreithniú ina fhéimheach, mura mbeidh an mhionnscríbhinn cláraithe trí mhí ar a laghad roimh dháta an bhreithnithe.

    —(1) A judgement creditor who registers an affidavit of his judgement in accordance with sections 6 and 7 of the Judgement Mortgage (Ireland) Act, 1850, shall not, by reason of such registration, be entitled to any priority or preference over simple contract creditors in the event of the person against whom such affidavit is registered being adjudicated bankrupt, unless the affidavit is registered at least three months before the date of the adjudication.

    —(1) Whenever a person (in this section referred to as a judgment creditor) obtains in any court a judgment, order or decree against a building society for the payment of a sum of money due to the judgment creditor by the society, the registrar or clerk of the court concerned shall notify the Central Bank as soon as may be of the judgment, order or decree and of its terms and of any appeal against the judgment, order or decree and of the result thereof.
