(d) Where a person who resigns with an entitlement to benefit under paragraph (b) of this subsection subsequently, but before he attains sixty years of age, becomes an estabIished civil servant or takes up a position which is pensionable under the scheme known as the Pension Scheme for Non-established State Employees, then on his becoming an established civil servant or taking up such position, as may be appropriate, his entitlement under this subsection shall cease.
