Sa teachtaireacht uaidh an 14 Feabhra 2018, dar teideal “A new, modern Multiannual Financial Framework for a European Union that delivers efficiently on its priorities post-2020” (Creat Airgeadais Ilbhliantúil nua-aimseartha nua d’Aontas Eorpach a bhainfidh a thosaíochtaí amach go héifeachtúil tar éis 2020), tugann an Coimisiún, agus na roghanna le haghaidh an chreata airgeadais ilbhliantúil nua á gcur san áireamh, achoimre ar chlár maidir le claochluithe digiteacha na hEorpa chun dul chun cinn láidir a dhéanamh i dtreo fás cliste i réimsí amhail bonneagar sonraí, nascacht agus cibearshlándáil ar ardchaighdeán.
In its communication of 14 February 2018, entitled ‘A new, modern Multiannual Financial Framework for a European Union that delivers efficiently on its priorities post-2020’, the Commission, taking into consideration the options for the new multiannual financial framework, outlines a programme for Europe’s digital transformations to deliver strong progress towards smart growth in areas such as high-quality data infrastructure, connectivity and cybersecurity.
