4. Maidir le haon iarraidh i dtaca le toilleadh bonneagair nach féidir géilleadh dó de bhun mhír 3, déanfaidh an t-ionad uileghnó an t-iarratas ar thoilleadh bonneagair a chur ar aghaidh gan mhoill chuig na bainisteoirí inniúla bonneagair agus, i gcás inarb ábhartha, chuig na comhlachtaí a dhéanann cionroinnt agus dá dtagraítear in Airteagal 14(2) de Threoir 2001/14/CE, agus déanfaidh na comhlachtaí sin cinneadh faoin iarratas sin i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 13 agus le Caibidil III den Treoir sin agus cuirfidh siad an cinneadh sin in iúl don ionad uileghnó lena phróiseáil tuilleadh.
4. For any request of infrastructure capacity which cannot be met pursuant to paragraph 3, the one-stop shop shall forward the application for infrastructure capacity without any delay to the competent infrastructure managers and, where relevant, the allocation bodies as referred to in Article 14(2) of Directive 2001/14/EC, who shall take a decision on that application in accordance with Article 13 and Chapter III of that Directive and communicate this decision to the one-stop shop for further processing.

1. Déanfaidh an bord bainistíochta le haghaidh dorchla lasta áirithe comhlacht comhpháirteach a ainmniú nó a chur ar bun ar comhlacht é trína bhféadfaidh iarratasóirí freagraí a iarraidh agus freagraí a fháil, in aon ionad amháin agus in aon oibríocht amháin, is é sin, freagraí maidir leis an toilleadh bonneagair do thraenacha lasta a thrasnaíonn teorainn amháin ar a laghad feadh an dorchla lasta (dá ngairtear "ionad uileghnó" anseo feasta).
1. The management board for a freight corridor shall designate or set up a joint body for applicants to request and to receive answers, in a single place and in a single operation, regarding infrastructure capacity for freight trains crossing at least one border along the freight corridor (hereinafter referred to as a "one-stop shop").
2. San ionad uileghnó, a bheidh ina uirlis chomhordúcháin, soláthrófar faisnéis bhunúsach freisin faoi chionroinnt an toillte bhonneagair, lena n-áirítear an fhaisnéis dá dtagraítear in Airteagal 18.
2. The one-stop shop shall, as a coordination tool, also provide basic information concerning the allocation of the infrastructure capacity, including the information referred in Article 18.

3. The one-stop shop shall take a decision with regard to applications for pre-arranged train paths specified in Article 14(3) and for the reserve capacity specified in Article 14(5).
