In consideration of the Minister for Finance having undertaken the liability for the deficiency, and having taken the necessary steps to render the amalgamation possible and bring it about, the Terminating Company shall allot to the Minister for Finance or his nominees all the “B” shares and such number of “A” shares of 2/- each as shall be equal to whichever be the lesser of (a) 99,900 shares, (b) five per cent. of the total issued capital of the Terminating Company.
