In the event of it being found on the final ascertainment that an over-allotment of shares had been made to any Participating Company, such shares over-allotted shall be transferred and divided between the other Participating Companies and the Minister for Finance pro rata, the Directors of the Terminating Company having the power to deal with fractions of shares.
