(1) Má chinneann an Bord scéala a chur chuig údar, eagarthóir nó foilsitheoir leabhair nó foilseacháin thréimhsiúil is ábhar do scrúdú faoin Acht, beidh an scéala i bhfoirm Fhoirm K atá leagtha amach sa Sceideal a ghabhann leis seo.
(1) Where the Board decide to communicate with the author, editor or publisher of a book or periodical publication the subject of an examination under the Act, the communication shall be in the form of Form K set out in the Schedule hereto.
(2) Má chinneann an Bord scéala a chur chuig údar, eagarthóir nó foilsitheoir leabhair nó foilseacháin thréimhsiúil is ábhar do scrúdú faoin Acht, ní gá don Bhord scéala a chur chuig níos mó ná duine amháin de na daoine sin murab é a dtuairim gurbh inmhianaithe scéala a chur chuig duine eile nó daoine eile.
(2) Where the Board decide to communicate with the author, editor or publisher of a book or periodical publication the subject of an examination under the Act, it shall not be necessary for the Board to communicate with more than one of those persons unless they are of the opinion that it would be desirable to communicate with another or others.
Leis na Rialacháin seo cúlghairtear na Rialacháin um Chinsireacht Fhoilseachán atá ann faoi láthair agus cuirtear Rialacháin nua ina n-ionad agus ina theannta sin forordaítear leis na rialacháin seo an nós imeachta a leanfar i gcás a gcinnfidh an Bord scéala a chur chuig údar, eagarthóir nó foilsitheoir leabhair nó foilseacháin thréimhsiúil is ábhar do scrúdú acu.
These Regulations revoke and replace the existing Censorship of Publications Regulations and in addition they prescribe the procedure to be followed where the Board decides to communicate with the author, editor or publisher of a book or periodical publication which is the subject of an examination by them.
