Faoi réir forálacha an Achta Caidrimh Thionscail, 1946 agus an Sceidil seo beidh an Luach Saothair Íosta reachtúil thuasluaite iníoctha le gach oibrí a shonraítear sa Sceideal seo i leith aon ama a bheidh siad ar fostú in aon bhrainse den Cheird a shonraítear sa Trade Boards (Boot and Shoe Repairing Order, 1919), is é sin le rá, deisiúchán a dhéanamh, cibé áit a ndéanfar é, ar bhróga, bróga ísle, slipéir agus gach cineál coisbhirt, lena n-áirítear coisbheart ordaithe lámhfhuaite agus coisbheart ordaithe seamsaithe nó pionnaithe a dhéanamh, ach ní áirítear leis sin coisbheart a mhonarú ar an mór-chóir, earraí diallaiteoireachta nó earrai leathair seachas coisbheart a dheisiú nó coisbheart a mhiondíol.
The above statutory Minimum Remuneration shall be payable subject to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 , and of this Schedule, to all workers specified in this Schedule in respect of any time during which they are employed in any Branch of the Trade specified in the Trade Board's (Boot and Shoe Repairing) Order, 1919, that is to say, the repairing wherever carried on of boots, shoes, slippers and all kinds of footwear, including the making of bespoke handsewn riveted or pegged footwear, but excluding the manufacture of footwear on a large scale, the repairing of saddlery and leather goods other than footwear, and the retailing of footwear.
