Uimh. 258 de 1979) (dá ngairtear "an tOrdú sin" anseo feasta) ag socrú luach saothair íosta reachtúil agus ag rialú na gcoinníollacha reachtúla fostaíochta i gcás oibrithe a ngníomhaíonn an Comhchoiste Oibreachais um Ghruagaireacht (Contae-Bhuirg Chorcaí) (dá ngairtear "An Coiste" anseo feasta) maidir leo:
WHEREAS the Labour Court hereinafter called "the Court" pursuant to the provisions of Section 43 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 , (hereinafter called "the Act") made an Employment Regulation Order dated the 26th July, 1979 ( S.I. No. 258 of 1979 ) (hereinafter called "the said Order") fixing the statutory minimum remuneration and regulating the statutory conditions of employment of workers in relation to whom the Hairdressing (Cork County Borough) Joint Labour Committee (hereinafter called "the Committee") operates;
