Ina thuarascáil chuig Pharlaimint na hEorpa agus an gComhairle an 19 Nollaig 2013 maidir leis an meastóireacht ar Europass, tháinig an Coimisiún ar an gconclúid go raibh misean na Lárionad Náisiúnta Europass maidir le múscailt feasachta faoi Europass agus maidir leis an bhfaisnéis ba ghá a sholáthar do pháirtithe leasmhara sásúil mar mhúnla do chur chun feidhme Europass.
In its report to the European Parliament and the Council of 19 December 2013 on the evaluation of Europass, the Commission concluded that the National Europass Centres' mission of raising awareness of Europass and providing the necessary information to interested parties was a satisfactory model for the implementation of Europass.
