(1) Déanfar an táille i leith eitilte isteach san aerspás iomchuí a mbeidh an t-aeradróm fágála nó aeradróm an chéad cheann cúrsa, de réir mar a bheidh, sonraithe ina leith i gcolún (2) den Sceideal a ghabhann leis na Rialacháin seo agus a mbeidh aeradróm an chéad cheann cúrsa nó an t-aeradróm fágála, de réir mar a bheidh, suite in aon cheann de na réigiúin a shonraítear i gcolún (1) den Sceideal sin, a ríomh de réir na foirmle seo a leanas:
(1) The charge in relation to a flight which enters the relevant airspace and in respect of which the aerodrome of departure or the aerodrome of first destination, as the case may be, is specified in column (2) of the Schedule to these Regulations and the aerodrome of first destination or the aerodrome of departure, as the case may be, is situated in any of the zones specified in column (1) of that Schedule shall be calculated according to the following formula:

(i) an cúrsa sin idir an t-aeradróm fágála agus aeradróm an chéad cheann cúrsa is minice a úsáidtear i dtuairim na hEagraíochta tráth na heitilte, nó
(i) the route between the aerodrome of departure and the aerodrome of first destination which appears to the Organisation at the time of the flight to be the most frequently used such route, or

(b) aeradróm an chéad cheann cúrsa laistigh den aerspás iomchuí nó, de réir mar a bheidh, an pointe a shonraítear i mír (5) mar ghnáth-phointe imeachta as an aerspás sin don chúrsa i gceist nó, sa chás a shonraítear i bhfomhír (d) den mhír sin, an dearbh-phointe imeachta as an aerspás sin.
( b ) the aerodrome of first destination within the relevant airspace or, as the case may be, the point specified in paragraph (5) as the standard point of exit from that airspace for the route in question or, in the case specified in sub-paragraph (d) of that paragraph, the actual point of exit from that airspace.

(d) I gcás eitilte a bhfuil an t-aeradróm fágála nó aeradróm an chéad cheann cúrsa di suite i gceann de na réigiúin a shonraítear i gcolún (I) den Sceideal a ghabhann leis na Rialacháin seo ach nach bhfuil aon aeradróm sonraithe i gcolún (2) den Sceideal sin, is é a bheidh sa phointe iontrála isteach san aerspás iomchuí os cionn an Aigéin Atlantaigh nó, de réir mar a bheidh, sa phointe imeachta as an aerspás sin, ná an dearbh-phointe mar a dtrasnaíonn an eitilt teorainneacha cliathánacha an aerspáis iomchuí mar a thuairiscítear san Fhoilseachán Faisnéise Aerloingseoireachta (Éire) ar dháta na Rialachán seo do theacht i ngníomh.
( d ) In the case of a flight in respect of which the aerodrome of departure or the aerodrome of first destination is situated in one of the zones specified in column (1) of the Schedule to these Regulations but no aerodrome is specified in column (2) of that Schedule, the point of entry into or, as the case may be, of exit from the relevant airspace over the Atlantic Ocean shall be the actual point where the flight crosses the lateral limits of the relevant airspace as described in Aeronautical Information Publication (Ireland) at the date of the coming into operation of these Regulations.

( d ) flights made entirely in accordance with the visual flight rules contained in Part III of the Air Navigation (Rules of the Air) Orders, 1973 to 1975, between the aerodrome of departure and the aerodrome of first destination,
