    In actions to recover a debt or liquidated demand in money arising under a hire-purchase agreement or credit-sale agreement (as defined by the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 ) or any contract of guarantee relating to such an agreement, the special indorsement of claim on a summary summons shall state, in addition to any other particulars, that the requirements specified in section 3 or section 4 (as the case may be) of the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 , have been complied with.

    Ar an gcoinníoll, freisin, i gcaingne chun fiach nó éileamh leachtaithe a bheidh ag teacht de chomhaontú fruilcheannaigh nó comhaontú díola creidmheasa (arna mhíniú leis an Acht Fost-Cheannaigh, 1946) nó d'aon chonradh ráthaíochta a bhainfidh le comhaontú den sórt sin a ghnóthú, nach ndéanfar breithiúnas a thaifeadadh de mhainneachtain láithriú mura mbeidh cead faighte ón Máistir nó ón gCúirt, de réir mar a bheidh, de réir fhorálacha riail 15.

    Provided also that in actions to recover a debt or liquidated demand arising under a hire-purchase agreement or credit-sale agreement (as defined by the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 ) or any contract of guarantee relating to such an agreement, judgment shall not be entered in default of appearance unless the leave of the Master or the Court, as the case may be, has been obtained in accordance with the provisions of rule 15.

    In actions to recover a debt or liquidated demand arising under a hire-purchase agreement or credit-sale agreement (as defined by the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 ) or any contract of guarantee relating to such an agreement, judgment in default of defence shall not be entered until after the expiration of twelve months from the date of issue of the summons by which the proceedings were instituted unless the leave of the Court shall have been first obtained.
