Ciallaíonn ‘córas caolúcháin gáis sceite lánsreafa’ caolúchán leanúnach gáis sceite iomláin na feithicle le haer comhthimpeallach ar bhealach rialaithe ag úsáid Samplóir Toirt-Thairiseach (CVS).
"Full flow exhaust dilution system" means the continuous dilution of the total vehicle exhaust with ambient air in a controlled manner using a Constant Volume Sampler (CVS).
Déanfar sceitheadh iomlán na feithicle a chaolú go leanúnach le haer comhthimpeallach faoi choinníollacha rialaithe ag úsáid samplóir toirt-thairiseach.
The total vehicle exhaust shall be continuously diluted with ambient air under controlled conditions using a constant volume sampler.
Beidh an modh chun toirt iomlán an gháis sceite caolúcháin ionchorpraithe sa samplóir toirt-thairiseach amhail is go mbeidh an tomhas cruinn chuig ±2 faoin gcéad faoi gach dála oibríochta.
The method of measuring total dilute exhaust volume incorporated in the constant volume sampler shall be such that measurement is accurate to ±2 per cent under all operating conditions.
Baileofar cuid chomhréireach de na hastaíochtaí sceite caolaithe go leanúnach le haghaidh anailís ina dhiaidh sin ag úsáid samplóir toirt-thairiseach.
A proportional part of the diluted exhaust emissions shall be collected continuously for subsequent analysis using a constant volume sampler.
Casfar as an samplóir toirt-thairiseach, an tsampláil thoirt-thairiseach, nó an gléas súite eile, nó dícheanglófar an feadán sceite ó sceithphíopa(í) na feithicle.
The constant volume sampler, CVS, or other suction device shall be turned off, or the exhaust tube from the tailpipe or tailpipes of the vehicle shall be disconnected.
Más rud é go dtabharfaidh an Chúirt ordú faoi alt 38 (1) den Acht, déanfaidh an Cléireach Cuid 1 agus an roinn chuí de Chuid II d'fhoirm ordaithe mar a fhorordaítear sna Rialacháin a chomhlánú agus a shíniú agus cuirfidh sé nó sí an fhoirm sin leis an ngnáthphost réamhíoctha chuig an samplóir a bheidh ainmnithe san ordú.
