The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies. [GA]
(a) ní dhéanfaidh sé nó sí, trí ghníomh nó neamhghníomh, cosc nó treampán a chur ar dhuine a bheidh údaraithe ag an Aire chun duine a ionnarbadh as an Stát de bhun an ordaithe le linn don duine a bheith ag gabháil don ionnarbadh sin,
(a) shall not by act or omission, obstruct or hinder a person authorised by the Minister to deport a person from the State pursuant to the order while the person is engaged in such deportation,
