—(1) Féadfar Acht na mBannaí Talún, 1964 , a ghairm den Acht seo.
—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1964 .

—Déantar leis seo alt 6 d'Acht na mBannaí Talún, 1934, a chuireann teorainneacha le bunú agus eisiúint bannaí talún a leasú trí “daichead milliún punt” a chur i bhfo-alt (1) in ionad “fiche is cúig mhilliún punt” (a cuireadh isteach le halt 2 d'Acht na mBannaí Talún, 1964 ).
— Section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) of "forty million pounds" for "twenty-five million pounds" (inserted by section 2 of the Land Bond Act, 1964 ).
