Objectif du dialogue: recenser les problèmes communs et les domaines de coopération mutuelle, ainsique permettre de disposer de données plus solides sur les migrations entre l'UE etles pays ALC afin de mieux en comprendre les réalités, sur la base du principe de la responsabilité partagée;2. Activités: échange de vues, intensification des échanges d'informations sur l'évolution despolitiques migratoires et les meilleures pratiques dans les deux régions, recensement des domaines d'intérêt mutuel, qui nécessitent des solutions communes qui doivent être dégagées par le dialogue et une coopération concrète sur certaines questions spécifiques; 3. Principaux domaines du dialogue: le lien entre les migrations et le développement; les migrations légales et les migrations clandestines.
