- Nóta Les termes judiciaire et juridictionnel sont parfois employés de manière indifférenciée, mais la définition juridique stricte fait bien une distinction entre les deux. Le terme judiciaire désigne l'ordre dans lequel l'autorité agit (par opposition à l'ordre administratif), tandis que le terme juridictionnel correspond à la fonction, la compétence de l'autorité en question.
