    any act which offends modesty, causes scandal or injures the morals of the community

    Any indecent touching of a female by a male or by another female, without her consent, is an offence and is punishable: Criminal Law (Rape) Act 1981 s.10. An indecent assault on a male person either by another male or by a female is an offence.
