    Is i bhFoirm 96.11, Sceideal C, a bheidh an t-ordú ón gCúirt ar ghéilleadh don iarratas. Déanfar cóipeanna den ordú sin a sheirbheáil ar an bhfreagróir agus ar an údarás áitiúil nó bord réigiúnach iomchuí.

    The order of the Court on granting the application shall be in the Form 96.11, Schedule C. Copies of the said order shall be served upon the respondent and the relevant local authority or regional board.
