bainistíocht agus diúscairt maoine duine éagtha, go háirithe i gcás díthiomnachta
I gcás ina mbeidh tuismitheoirí éagaigh i dteideal an leasa thairbhiúil in eastát iomlán an éagaigh sin, féadfar riarachán, ar thréigean agus ar thoiliú na dtuismitheoirí sin, a dheonú don leanbh, nó do na leanaí i gcomhpháirt, a ainmneoidh na tuismitheoirí.
Where the parents of a deceased are entitled to the beneficial interest in the whole of the estate of the said deceased, administration may on the renunciation and consent of those parents be granted to the child or jointly to the children nominated by the parents.
Anois cuirtear d’aithne ort leis seo, laistigh de cheithre lá dhéag tar éis an fhorghairm seo a sheirbheáil ort, fardal agus cuntas fíor, iomlán agus foirfe ar eastát an éagaigh sin a thaisceadh san Oifig Phrobháide, faoi mhionn, mar aon le cuntas fírinneach ar riaradh an eastáit sin agat.
Now this is to command you, within fourteen days after the service hereof on you, to lodge in the Probate Office on oath, a true, full, and perfect inventory and account of the estate of the said deceased, and a true account of your administration thereof.
