Socróidh agus formheasfaidh an Chúirt na coinníollacha nó an conradh díolacháin, mura n-ordóidh an Chúirt a mhalairt, agus féadfaidh an Chúirt, i gcás aon díola ar ceant poiblí, praghas forchoimeádta a shocrú.
The conditions or contract of sale shall be settled and approved by the Court unless the Court shall otherwise direct, and the Court may, on any sale by public auction, fix a reserve.
