    Comment Le terme « disclosure » est abondamment employé dans les textes de la DG FISMA mais peut recouvrir différentes notions, selon le degré de diffusion des informations.«to disclose» peut ainsi signifier : - divulguer: porter à la connaissance du public (ce qui était connu de quelques-uns). À réserver plutôt pour parler d’informations confidentielles, par exemple:- communiquer: ce terme a le mérite d’être neutre ; il peut s’employer aussi bien pour la transmission bilatérale d’informations (à un client, à une autorité) que pour désigner une diffusion plus large d’informations;- publier: on fait parfois la distinction entre « to disclose » (communiquer des informations à un client en « bilatéral ») et « to publicly disclose » au sens de « rendre public », mais ce type de précision est rare.
